My work experience with Thomas Franklin and his company was in my capacity as Civil Compliance Manager for FLS Energy, Inc. I met Thomas at one of three large, ground mount, solar farm developments that the company was building in the Henderson, NC area. Thomas was looking for work and I was looking for a dependable subcontractor. It turned out to be a win win encounter.

This company contracted work at all three of those farms and traveled far and wide to perform various functions at other projects. He became my “go to” subcontractor for sediment and erosion control maintenance and repair and did work for all of the company’s project managers doing required landscape buffers, culvert and driveway installations, perimeter protection, tree removal for shade prevention and other site work as needed.

I always found Thomas to be in the upper echelon of subcontractor diligence and dependability and his ever increasing knowledge of storm water, sediment and erosion control was like having another of my inspectors on the job.
